1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bp33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). Accessing the platform through the bp33.cam website, mobile version, or any other channel means you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

bp33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

bp33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, email, and payment details — must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Withdrawals are not possible from unverified accounts.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bp33 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You must use a payment method registered in your own name when depositing funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be on hold until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• bp33 may request additional information to verify a withdrawal if needed.
• If fraud is suspected, bp33 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bp33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. This means if you deposit ৳5,000, a total of ৳10,000 will be added to your account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• Accepting a bonus offer is optional; read the terms before making a deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are for betting use only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• bp33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bp33 may cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

bp33 operates four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bp33 is conducted in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner. All games are verified by third parties to ensure fair play.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bp33 will determine the outcome at its own discretion.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bp33's own rules will apply.
• bp33 reserves the right to review unusually large bets placed on the same event.
• The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply alongside bp33's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp33 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other players.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Misrepresenting bp33 outside the platform in an unlawful manner.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, bp33 reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bp33

bp33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to complete account verification (KYC).
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Legal reasons or regulatory directives.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. You may also choose Self-Exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
